It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Billy Ray Powell. Mr. Powell was born on August 1,1954 in California and passed on October 2, 2022 in Hayward, California at the age of 68. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral home in Hayward, California prior to burial at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park .
