Billy James Day BILLY JAMES DAY Born August 11, 1921 in Missouri. Passed away October 11, 2006 in Fremont, California. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Minnie; his son, Charles and his wife, Beverly and their daughters, Cathy and Jenny; and his sister, June Swinford and her family. He was a retired union photo engraver and served in the U.S. Army 8th Air Corpse in World War II. Friends are invited to a visitation at Chapel of the Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward on Monday, October 16th from 5 – 8:30 p.m. Memorial service Tuesday, October 17th at 7:00 p.m. at New Hope Community Church, 2190 Peralta Blvd., Fremont.
