Bill Guiles' Obituary
Guiles William 'Bill' Guiles Born September 5th 1932 and entered into rest on January 12th, 2008 after battling a long illness. Raised in San Francisco , he graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, he then spent his career as a sales manger with Del Monte Foods and Granny Goose. He served in the Army in 1954 during the Korean War and at this time he was chosen to be in a movie with Audie Murphy “To Hell and Back”, he was so proud of this. He was an avid baseball and football fan and enjoyed playing golf. Bill is preceded in death by his first wife Sharon K. Guiles with whom he had four children. He is survived by his loving wife Marion Guiles; children, Kimberly Kennedy (Bob), Cynthia Goltz (John), Jeffrey Guiles, and Tony Guiles; step-children Carol Coleman, Mark Coleman (Sharyn) and John Coleman (Coco); twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to Bill's Celebration of Life Service at the BOULDER CREEK COMMUNITY CHURCH, 12465 Hwy 9, Boulder Creek, CA, on Saturday, January 26, 2008 at 1:00 P.M.
