With great sadness we regret to announce the passing of Bienvenida Tongohan Pendon. Bienvenida was born on June 11th, 1928 in the Philippines, and passed on July 18th, 2021 in Castro Valley, California. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, California.
