Betty Jane Rivera's Obituary
With great sadness, we regretfully announce the passing of Betty Jane Rivera. Betty was born on December 17th, 1939 in Maui, Hawaii and passed on September 12th, 2021 in Hayward, California at the age of 81. The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life on Sunday, October 3rd, 2021 to be held at the Eagles Hall in Hayward, California from 2 to 6pm for family and close friends. Betty will be placed to rest at the Chapel of the Chimes Cemetery, date to be determined. Family and friends knew Betty as “Honey”, she was a kind and gentle soul, she had a passion for cooking and loved having family over to feast on the meals she served with love. Betty raised and left behind three children, Robert, Diana, and Donna Rivera. Betty’s compassionate spirit will live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
