Erma , & all the Gomez familia. We are sorry we can’t there with all of you , me & Andy have thought about you all ,& about Bert. Andy knows Bert loved his fishing trips . I remember my dad George going to visit Bert on Christmas Eve , since my father ,Bert , & Uncle Ralph were friends from back in the day . On Christmas Eve you’d send some of your tamales to bring home to our house with my dad . All the Gomez sons & daughter are friends from high school. I send condolences from my sisters the Rivera girls . May you all feel the love & prayers sent to all of you . From friends , family, & church family . To Erma’s sons , daughter, grandchildren please take care of your mother & grandmother she’ll need all of you now and your love . Call her often . Bert is resting now , his work is done here on earth . May his legacy live on through all of you Gomez’s .
