Benito E. Valencia a Hayward, California resident entered into rest November 2, 2002 in Newark, Ca. Born in the Philippines on March 21, 1928, he was 74 years of age. He was an Abukeno Association member, retired engineer from the City and County of San Francisco and he also worked at Bataan refining Corporation. Dearly beloved husband of Angelina Valencia for 46 years. Loving father of Vanessa Wilson of Newark, Brenda Simson of Danville, and Benito Valencia Sr. of Union City. Dear brother of Concordia Valencia of Quezon City, Philippines and Feliciano Valencia of San Francisco. Devoted grandfather of four grandchildren.Visitation will be held Thursday, November 7, 2002 from 5:00-8:30 p.m. and Friday, November 8, 2002 from 5:00-8:30 p.m. with a vigil at 7:00 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. Friends are welcome to attend a Funeral Mass Saturday, November 9, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church, 738 Calhoun St., Hayward, CA 94544.
