Ben Patrick Ferrer Posadas, 56 After a strong fight against cancer, Ben Patrick Ferrer Posadas, 56, of Alameda, California passed away peacefully on the morning of Tuesday, January 10, 2017 in South San Francisco. He was born on November 3rd, 1961in Memphis, Tennessee to Perfecto and Corona Posadas. He and his family lived most of their lives in Alameda and Vallejo. Patrick was a passionate man who enjoyed all sports, but mainly baseball, basketball and football. He was a strong supporter of the Bay Area teams such as the Oakland A’s, Golden State Warriors and Oakland Raiders. His most treasured past time was fishing. He grew up loving the feeling of how calm and relaxing fishing brought him. He always enjoyed this time to bond with his family. He also shared a passion for the Marvel and DC comics, and always enjoyed seeing the comics brought to life with the recent films that have debuted. Patrick is survived by his four children Jessica (30), Brian (28), Brandon (21), Bryce (19) and his two grandchildren Landon (3) and Bailey (1). He is also survived by his mother Corona, brothers and sisters Greg, Virgie, Amelia, Cillo and Bobby as well as his many nieces and nephews.
