Services for Basilisa Relos Vargas will begin with a visitation on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at 5pm to 9pm here at Chapel of the Chimes in our Reflection Chapel, here in Hayward, California. Funeral service will be on Monday, April 15, 2013 at 10:30am at Holy Spirit Church in Fremont, California. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
