Augusta Paul Parodi's Obituary
Paul 'Babe' Parodi, 77 passed away on Friday, November 30, 2001 at St. Rose Hospital in Hayward, California. He was born on August 18, 1924 in Alameda, California, where he lived until moving to San Leandro, California. Babe was a resident of Hayward for two years and prior of San Leandro for 40 years. Babe was loved sports and playing cards. He was a member of Buon Tiempo Club. He was a U.S. Army Veteran from WWII. He owned and operated Parodi Carpets (Carpet Layer). He was a graduate from Alameda High School. Paul was preceded in death by his brother Bruno Parodi. Paul is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Marie Bebe Parodi of Hayward, California. He also survived by his loving children, Lindsay Parodi of Hayward, Nick Parodi of Los Gatos and Danny Parodi of San Carlos, California. He also leaves behind his two dear sisters, Joe Robbie of Santa Clara and Louise Marble of Walnut Creek, California.Family and Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Friday, December 7, 2001 at 1:30 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home ' Reflection Chapel with a Niche Side to follow at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park; 32992 Mission Boulevard, Hayward, CA 94544.
