It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Arthur Charles Velarde. Arthur was born on March 24, 1952 in San Francisco, California and passed on August 25, 2022 in Fremont, California at the age of 70. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral home in Hayward, California prior to burial at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park .
