It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Arthur Mervin Naftaly, resident of Hayward, CA. Arthur was born on November 29, 1933 in California to Philip and Janette Naftaly. He passed away on February 18, 2024 in California at the age of 90. He will be truly missed by his family and friends, we ask that you please keep them in your thoughts and prayers
