Arthur S. Affonso's Obituary
Arthur S. Affonso passed away in Manteca on Thursday December 25, 2003. Beloved Husband of the late Doris A. Affonso; dear father of Rodney and Patti Affonso of Union City, Ethel and Joe Nunes of Los Banos and Bob and Margaret Ubonille of San Leandro; grandfather of 9; great-grandfather of 12 and great-great grandfather of 2; he is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Arthur was a veteran of WWII with the US Army and afterwards a longtime member of the Operator and Engineers local #3 of Alameda. A native of Los Banos and he was 88 years of age.Friends are invited to attend the funeral service 1:30 pm Monday January 5th, 2004 at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral home, 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward, Ca.
