Armando Magat Meneses was born in the Philippines on November 26, 1939 to Jesus Meneses and Filomena Magat Meneses. He passed away on September 5, 2013; he was 73 years old.Armando is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Estrellita “Lota” Tragora Meneses, by his daughter and son-in-law, Lala and Rodelwinston Mamsay; his son and daughter-in-law, Emil and Mary Jane Meneses; his daughter and son-in-law, Pinky and Al Ramos; his grandchildren, Ralston, Ritzton, and Karyll Ann Mamsay, and Janelle, Jeanine, and Jomar Meneses.Family and friends are invited to the Visitation Saturday, September 14th from 5 to 9 pm and to the Funeral Service Sunday, September 15th from 1:30 to 3 pm at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, 32992 Mission Boulevard, Hayward, California in the Reflection Chapel.The interment will be at Heritage Memorial Park in Taguig City, Philippines.
