Arjan Sadhwani's Obituary
Dr. Arjan Sadhwani, a distinguished professor of Accounting and Computer Systems, passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 23, 2017. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather and is survived by his wife Lata, his children Anjali and Atul and grandchildren Sheena, Asha and Anand.Dr. Sadhwani came to the United States from Nigeria in 1967 and earned his PhD from Michigan State University in 1973. He went on to have a successful teaching career at the University of Akron, San Jose State University, and South University for 47 years. He maintained his passion for learning until his last days and in doing so touched the lives of many.Dr. Sadhwani enjoyed traveling and playing the stock market and was always filled with enthusiasm for life. He will be dearly missed. May his soul rest in peace.
