Anthony Joseph Montenegro 58, of Castro Valley, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2002 in Hayward, California. He was born April 19, 1944 in San Francisco, California. A loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, godfather and uncle.He is survived by his wife of 37 years Hedy Montenegro. Son of Juan and Connie Montenegro, of San Jose, California. Father of Adrienne Montenegro of San Francisco, and Anthony Joseph Montenegro of Union City. Brother of Lydia Calif, Anais Montenegro, Jovita Reyes, Ann Ramos, Cathy Ortiz, Emil Montenegro, and John Montenegro. Also survived by 4 Grandchildren, Brynn, Anthony, Sydney and Anton.Family and friends may visit on Monday, August 12, 2002 from 5:30 to 8:00PM in the Mission Chapel of Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, Hayward. A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM, Tuesday, August 13, 2002 in the Mission Chapel of Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA 94544.
