Anson K. KhineAnson passed away at the age of 51 on August 23rd 2016 after a brief battle with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma cancer. He was survived by his loving parents Stephen and Jenny Khine, sons Matthew and Nicholas Khine, brothers Darrell and Nevin Khine, sister Darlene Yu, sisters in – law Alice and Maria Khine, brother in – law William Yu, nephews Tama Tauillili and Eric Yu, Nieces Futi Tauililli, Malu Khine and Christina Yu. He was a beloved nephew of uncles Kelly, Herman, Dicky, Benny Choo, aunties Shirley Cheng and Annie Cheong, aunties in – law Michelle, Rosy, Shirley, Diana Choo and uncle in – law Carlos Cheng.He was born in Rangoon, Burma on March 15, 1965. He migrated to the USA with his parents and siblings in 1979. He attended Los Altos High School and graduated from there and attended Foothill College. He enjoyed singing and dancing and performed with a Morning Star group while he was in high school.Anson worked in the foodservice industry for 30 years as an Manager, District Director and Area Director. He was a perfectionist and did his job exceptionally well and earned numerous awards and trophies for his best performance.Anson was greatly loved by his family, cousins, friends and nurses at St. Mary Hospital in San Francisco. Khine family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, therapists and nutritionists at St. Mary Hospital for their loving care and support throughout his illness and providing comfort to him. They all were loved by him also.Anson loved San Francisco and all his friends. He was generous with his time, money, energies and most of all his love. He has made many friends and was loved by all of them. He will be greatly missed by all that love him but he will live in our hearts forever.Visitation will be held on Sunday September 4, 2016 at Chapel of the Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward Ca 94544 from 11 am to 1 pm.
