Andrea Joyce Jurado's Obituary
Andrea J. Jurado Aug. 27, 1952 – Feb. 11, 2010 Andrea was born in San Jose to Monte and May Macer, survived by her loving husband Al Jurado, brother Monte (Rex) Macer Jr., sister Shelda Orlando, sister-in-law Celia Macer, brother-in-law Mark Orlando, nephew Monte Macer III, nieces Gina Guthrie and Kelsey Orlando as well as numerous cousins and close friends. She passed away peacefully in the presence of her beloved husband Al, brother Monte and nephew Monte III in Santa Clara after a valiant 3 year battle with cancer. Andrea and husband Al were married for 16 years and during their time together enjoyed traveling to many exotic-romantic places and socializing with their many friends over a good bottle of wine. Andrea had a distinguished 20 year career with Xerox Corp., first hired as a clerk and later promoted to sales-person and then sales-manager. She was given many awards for her superior performance and was well respected by her peers, managers and corporate officers. In addition to her demanding career at Xerox she was also a real estate entrepreneur and property manager who took great pride in her business abilities and accomplishments which were many.
