It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Alta Butler Dickey Sicilia. Alta was born on June 15, 1958 in California and passed on April 22, 2022 in Livermore, California at the age of 63. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Hayward, California.
