Allison S. McMahan 1920 – 2008 Resident of Newark Our loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother of Newark, CA. Passed away on Aug. 29th 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Corvalis, Oregon 2-15-1920, He was 88. He loved his garden. He was an avid baseball & football fan. He loved horse racing & wagering. He spent 35+ years in the grocery business and he loved to shop. He was veteran of WW 2 United States Army. Survived by his loving wife of 57 years Betty, Sons Richard of Newark, Ron of Reno; Daughters Patrica of Union City; Dolores of Pleasant Hill; Brothers Charlie of Washington; Frank of Washington; Harold of Oregon; 31 Grandchildren & Great-grandchildren Visitation from 12:30 -1:30 pm Fri. Sept. 5th 2008. Services to follow at Chapel of the Chimes, 32998 Mission Blvd. Haward, CA.
