Alicia Vasquez Valencia's Obituary
Alicia (Lisa) Vasquez Valencia-84, passed away peacefully on August 3rd, 2018 at her home with her family by her side. Alicia was born on August 6, 1933 in El Paso, TX to Arturo and Guadalupe. She was married to Bernardino Valencia for 40 plus years before he passed away in June 1994. They raised their five children in San Leandro, CA. She was a homemaker and she also drove a bus for special needs children. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. Her smile and laugh we will always remember. She loved to dance, loved cheetah print clothes, she loved her robes, listening to the blues, a good tequila shot, spending time with her family and she enjoyed her life to the fullest. She is survived by her five children, sons Carlos (Elizabeth), Steve (Lori), Bernardino Jr. (Debbie) and daughters Paula and Sunday. She has ten grandchildren, Maria, Theresa (Johnny), Anthony, Michelle (Richard), Danielle (Travis), Bernardino III (Davina), Yolanda, Daniel, Felicia and Mark. She has fourteen great grandchildren, Jonathan, Ronnie, D.J., Lorenzo, Neveyah, Gianna, Jordan, Alexis, Richard, Lydia, Vince, Daniel Jr, and Harmony and Bernardino IV. and one great-great grandchild Adrian. Also one loving grand dog, Savannah.
