Albert Lujan Jr.'s Obituary
Albert Lujan, Jr., 73, entered eternal life on Wednesday, June 18, 2014, in Fremont, California with his loving family by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Concepcion Lujan, Sr.; brother, Esteban Lujan; and sister Luisa Lujan. Albert was born in Canutillo, Texas and had three brothers and two sisters. He was a proud founding member of the State-Liners Car Club of Anthony, Texas. After attending Jefferson High School he entered the United States Navy and served proudly in Vietnam. Upon completion of his tour, he settled and raised his family in northern California, graduated from Laney College and worked as an engineer for several hospitals. He returned to El Paso for several years before returning to California. Albert loved to travel and enjoyed the open road. He was always kind to strangers and never met a man he did not like. Albert’s greatest joy was his family. Albert is Survived by his wife, Sabrina Lujan; daughter, Rebecca Rodriguez ( Tony) of El Paso, Texas; sons, Gilbert Lujan of Phoenix, Arizona and Robert Lujan of Austin, Texas; Stepson Richard Tesorio; stepdaughter, Christina Chavolla both from Union City, California; six grandchildren: Valerie Najera (Joel), Javier Ramirez, Tina Lujan, Amanda Lujan, Rachel Lujan, Devin Lujan; granddaughter of his heart Wendy Ordonez; Seven great grandchildren; brothers, Agripino and Antonio Lujan; sister Mary Ponce; and his beloved aunt Francis Ruiz; many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.Services will be held on Friday June 27th, 2014, Viewing 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Rosary 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Service 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Reception (same location) 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
