Choi was born on January 30, 1925 in Vietnam and passed on October 15, 2021 at home in Hayward, California at the age of 96. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral home in Hayward, California prior to cremation at Chapel of the Chimes.
