It was my great pleasure to work with David in the Kaiser High-Risk Case Mgmt program. He was a true friend and an excellent RN.
Highly-respected and well-loved by his colleagues and patients, David brought much joy to his work helping patients live better lives. His intelligence, kindness, compassion, warm personality and friendly smile drew us in. After getting to know David, you knew you had a friend for life!
David loved all those around him equally, and his love and devotion for his family had no bounds.
We will miss him greatly – a great wonderful gentle soul!
I am sad that David is gone from this earth too soon, too young, too full of life. He had a heart that was full of love, kindness and joy. He was humble and gentle. An amazing nurse who took time to listen and showed his patients how much he cared. I worked with David for several years. He was a great case manager, could see each patient as a real soul and could pull out the positive in each one. He loved his work. His patients loved him. We loved him. His gentle soul and generous ways will not be forgotten. We all learned from David and will carry our learnings on. I smile each time I think of him and see that big full heartfelt smile and hear that Joyous laugh. RIP David

David will be fondly remembered for his warmth, big smile and kindness. we had the pleasure of getting to know each other as fellow dance parents and neighbors. He will be dearly missed. we will wrap your family in love. Rest in peace.

David was a great man and leaves an outstanding legacy:
He was kind, sensitive, compassionate, and honest.
He was a great RN, patient advocate and Case Manager. He cared, listened, encouraged, educated/taught and coordinated services. He was highly valued by all in High Risk Case Management.
When he spoke of his family, his daughter, his son, his wife to whom he was deeply committed, love and pride oozed through.
He was my co-worker and my friend for whom I am deeply grateful to God for the time I had in working with him.
David was a “gentle giant” who made an impact.
